Prymos combined fire protection is based on the requirements of ASR A2.2 (workplace guideline) as well as to the new industrial safety regulation and thereby it conforms to relevant standards, provided that the system is professionally designed. After carrying out risk assessments as required by law more and more companies are deciding in favour of Prymos.

Employers have to ensure the secure operational readiness of fire-fighting equipment. In the case of 10 years maintenance free PM10 fire extinguishers, it is sufficient under normal conditions to determine by an annual visual (only!) inspection that there is no external damage and that the two pressure gauges are in the green area.
After a cycle of 10 years PM10 fire extinguishers will be replaced on site. Thus, operational fire protection according to ASR A2.2 will not be interrupted. The PM10 fire extinguisher will be exclusively serviced according to DIN 14406-4 by Prymos and will be made ready for further 10 years of operation. The contract can be extended for a further 10 years. Prymos will then take back the old fire extinguisher in return for new ones.
